Delivery, Postage & Packing

We try really hard to get your order to your door within 2-3 working days.

PLEASE NOT DELIVERY SERVICES ARE RUNNING AT FULL CAPACITY AND REPORTING DELAYS WITH DELIVERY. We are packing your orders as quickly as we can, however some areas are being affected with COVID regulations and drivers at full parcel volume. Please be patient and only get in touch to chase if you haven't received your order within 14 working days.

All prices quoted on this website exclude delivery charges. Delivery costs will only be added in the payment process. Please note the delivery charge covers the UK mainland only. Delivery to non-UK mainland destinations may incur additional charges. Goods will be dispatched to you via Royal Mail or, our chosen courier service. We reserve the right to choose the means and carrier we use to deliver your order.

A signature will be required upon delivery. It is up to the purchaser to ensure that the delivery time is suitable to be "signed for". We cannot accept responsibility for addresses provided incorrectly or for packages going missing after delivery has been made. If delivery instructions have been given at checkout, it is your responsibility to determine if it is a safe place for the courier to leave your items.

Provided all items on your order are in stock, we aim to deliver to you in between 2 and 3 working days, but please allow up to 7 days for delivery. The delivery times are stated for guidance only. During our busy period of Christmas Fairs, orders could take a little longer to be dispatched, please bare this in mind.

Our standard delivery charge is £5.00, for larger or heavier items is £8.50.

We offer a gift-wrapping service, where you can send a present direct, with a personal note attached. This has a standard cost of £3.50 per present and includes wrapping paper, ribbon and a hand written personal note. Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you are entirely satisfied with your purchases. However it is your responsibility to check your order carefully upon receipt of goods. In the unlikely event that you find the product(s) damaged or faulty we will of course offer a refund or exchange.

Non-faulty goods must be returned within 14 days after receiving the product. If you fail to inform us within 14 days of receipt you will be deemed to have accepted the goods. The cost of the goods will be refunded, so long as the goods are still in the condition in which they left our warehouse. The return postage will not be refunded unless the reason for return is due to a mistake by ourselves. We cannot be held responsible for returned goods being lost in transit without proof of postage.

Undeliverable items will be held at your local sorting office by Royal Mail if you were unavailable to take delivery whether signed for or not. If uncollected the item will be returned to us. We will contact you to let you know it has been returned and reserve the right to charge you a further shipping charge if you would like the item redelivered. With this in mind Royal Mail may take up to 3 weeks to return the undelivered item. We will not resend or replace the item until 3 weeks has elapsed. Cancellations & Refunds

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. The 14 days will start the day after you receive the goods. Delivery charges are non-refundable on goods that are not faulty or damaged.

We will fully refund the price of the goods, which you will receive within 14 days of cancellation.

Payments can be made securely by credit card using our Secure Server and Shopping Cart.
